In Bulgarian Real Estate Ltd. there is a core of specialists, employed since the very foundation of the Company. They are exclusively well-qualified and each one of them works with excellent professionalism in his field. These specialists are in charge of the overall development of the strategy for development, and namely: marketing strategy and analysis, provision of information, price and product politics of the Company, estimation of risks and time schedules, market and competition investigations, as well as constant accounts for the clients’ demands and the introducing of new services and proposals, depending on the clients’ adjustment for their acceptance.
There are 150 people working in these teams, who are positioned in different offices of the Company all around the country. They are under the direction of the best managers. There are specialists who are in charge of the actual service of the sales – brokers, interpreters, and correspondents, as well as some of the most serious specialists in Bulgaria, working in the field of architecture, design, construction, management of trade and tourist objects, selection, management and assessment of personnel and other activities which are not less important and which are a part of the activity of the Company. They contribute to its big success during the years.
