We offer to your attention a new investment opportunity in the superb ski resort of Bansko – the exquisite Residence, located just 100 metres from the cabin lift of Bansko. Situated in area called “Stragite”, neighboring “Kempinski” Hotel, the apartment complex grants marvelous views toward Pirin Mountain.It is situated over an area of 6000 sq.m, in the South part of Bansko this complex is perfect opportunity for investment with affordable initial installment.

Sections “C”,”D” and “E” consist of 89 apartments.

The town of Bansko is situated nearby the river Glazane in the north- eastern foot of Pirin, right bellow the highest and most beautiful part of the mountain. Its name comes from the old Bulgarian word “ban”, which means “master”. It is just 160 kilometers away from Sofia and 6 kilometers from Razlog. Bansko has developed into a favourite ski and snowboard destination, thanks to the excellent ski facilities combined with the unique architecture and historical significance.
The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent.The town of Bansko is located on 925 m. above sea level, and its skiing area is on 2000-2600 m. The Pirin mountain has a predominantly Alpine character and highest peak in the area is Vihren 2914 m.Bansko has the best snow record and the longest ski season (15 Dec - 15 May) of all Bulgarian ski resorts.Bansko offers its guests a unique 16-kilometer uninterrupted ski run, starting from Todorka Peak (2600 m) at the highest point of the ski center, all the way to base station of the Gondola lift at the outskirts of town. The last 7 km of the slope are lighted, and the entire facility is equipped with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience even in warmer conditions. The lifts and pistes operator in Bansko takes care for the maximum comfort of the skier and snowboarders with the exclusive 8-seats Gondola cable car by Dopplemayer, five 4- seat lifts of the latest Doppelmayer models, one 3-seat lift by Poma, 7 drags and 10 baby drags. The total length of the wire equipment in the resort is 26 kilometers. All ski equipment can be used by one chip-card from Ski Data. Huge monitors showing pictures from the different pistes is based on the starting station of the Gondola. Thus people will have more information of the wind and temperature conditions before climbing up on the slope.
Bansko is an original, unique town in the foot of the Pirin Mountains, which preserved to a significant extent its renaissance appearance – narrow and meandering lanes, high and thick stone walls, heavy gates and fortified houses. The town is situated in a region with 32 archeological sites, more than 200 authentic houses with medieval architecture, 7 museums and many cultural and historical monuments.
The town of Bansko is one of those Bulgarian settlements, to which destiny allotted to play a significant role in the historical development of our people, especially along the vigorous upsurge of the nation during the Renaissance. The expectations in the short term of 1-3 years are that the competition will increase in view of the construction of new accommodation grounds.
