The second floor consists of large and massive stairs with terrace, corridor leading to 2 bedrooms as each is with a private bathroom and a terrace with panoramic view. The heating in both houses is local – combined installation (electricity, liquid-solid fuel, or gas) with aluminum radiators in each premise.
The houses from Group B are B3, B4 and B5 and they are structurally connected in a composition. House B3 has an area of 106.8 sq.m. and is on two floors as the first floor consists of a garage connected to the house through a covered passage, main entrance, corridor, WC, an open plan living room with dining room, kitchen, basement, fireplace and back entrance leading to panoramic yard with barbecue for family recreation. It’s also possible to build up a sauna with Jacuzzi.
The second floor consists of large and massive stairs with terrace, corridor leading to 2 bedrooms - each with a private bathroom and a terrace with panoramic view. Houses B4 with an area of 103.5 sq.m. and House B5 with area of 136 sq.m. have the same disposal of the space as that of House B3. The houses from Group C are Houses C6 and C7. The holiday complex we offer to your attention is situated in the holiday settlement of Stoikite, just 5 km from the prestigious resort of Pamporovo and at 6 km to the southeast of the architectural reserve Shiroka Luka, and at 240 km away from the capital Sofia. The caves “Uhlovitza”, “Devil’s throat” and “Yagodinska” (known also as “The Imam’s Abyss”) are located in close proximity to the settlement. The “Yagodinska” cave stretches for more than 10 kilometers and forms five floors of labyrinths and abysses.
The holiday settlement is a preferred place both for winter recreation and for summer rural tourism because of its favorable geographic location and wonderful nature. In the same countryside, the Perelik Sport & Tourism Resort – one of the biggest ski complexes in Europe with investments amounting to 250 million Euro, is about to be constructed.
