The nearest biggest town to the complex is the town of Velingrad (12km) which is noted for its thermal mineral springs – more than 80. The town has developed as the best spa resort which offers numerous procedures and excellent attendance. Another advantage of this new development is the proximity to the beautiful capital Sofia (100 km) and to the top ski resort Bansko (50-60 km).
