Property for sale in Denmark Copenhagen in low-cost office rent category in Denmark
Copenhagen is one of the world’s low-cost cities for office and homes for rent in Denmark, ranking 67th in the world.
London tops the list, and forthe seventh consecutive year London’s West End has the world’s most expensive offices. Copenhagen comes in at 67th, far below the most expensive cities in Europe, according to the DTZ listing of Global Occupancy Costs which costs office rents worldwide, writes Ritzau news agency.
Copenhagen has moved one place up the list to a current ranking of 67th. Stockholm is in 25th place, while Oslo has retained its position as the world’s 22nd most expensive city for office rents, which it reached the previous year.
According to DTZ’s report, the largest rise in prices was seen in North America. As a result of increasing demand, 87 per cent of office tenancies have become more expensive. Downtown New York has moved up 25 places to 15th on the list of the most expensive office rents, reflecting a 63 per cent increase in rents in just one year.
