This holiday complex is a great place for vacation, situated within the area of the coastal town Kavarna, and 64km from Varna. It consists of 22 apartments with sea view and living area from 55sq.m to 152sq.m; swimming pool and parking lot. Golf courses in the villages of Topola and Bouzhurets are situated in the vicinity, and the ‘Kaliakra’ Stadium in Kavarna draws rock music fans from around the world every summer.
The complex will consist of one main building and a janitors’ service, next to the entrance of the property. The building will have a ground floor and three terraced floors. The access to the complex is from the northwestern side through newly built asphalted road, which joins the main street leading to the port and the beach of Kavarna.
There will be a parking lot for 4 cars by the entrance of the complex, and 10 more parking places within its area. The adjacent land plot is to be beautifully developed and fashioned into a park with alleys, resting zones and BBQ. There will be a large swimming pool in the centre of the yard (100 cubic meters). A natural stream within the area of the complex will pass through the lowest side of it and fit perfectly into the surroundings of the park area.
The entrance and a café-club will be situated on the first floor of the main building.
The total number of the apartments will be twenty two. The lobby of the building will be separated from the stairs by doors. There is a basement with cellar premises for every apartment.
All apartments will have a living room with dining area and a kitchenette, 1 or 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a WC and a balcony. The 3-room apartments will have one additional WC, and the 4-room apartments - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terraces of all apartments on the first floor will have stairs, which will provide convenient direct access to the garden.
The café-club will have an independent entrance and will serve only residents of the complex.
The building will have solid monolith construction with ferroconcrete supporting elements, brick interior and exterior walls. Ceilings in all apartments are made of armored concrete. The roof is flat. The façade is to be covered with decorative colored plaster and stone revetment; the terraces will be designed with smooth white plaster. The entire building is to be provided with white, high-grade PVC joinery and double-glazed windows.
