We are pleased to announce the commencement of a new 57-unit, luxury holiday ski-resort located in the village of Pamporovo, on the Bulgaria’s Rodophi Mountain.
All apartments in the complex have Mountain views and are fitted with the most modern conveniences- Apartments range in size from 63 sq.m- to 136 sq.m.- A restaurant, pool hot tube are all located on the grounds of the resort.
The resort of Pamporovo offers visitors a number of restaurants and bars to enhance the “apres-ski” nightlife- Numerous ski runs of mostly beginner and intermediate slopes, make Pamporovo an ideal destination for a family ski holiday- The influence of the Mediterranean climate provides for many sunny days of skiing, even at an altitude of 1,900 metres above sea level- Pamporovo is located 82 kilometres from Plovdiv and 240 kilometres from the capital, Sofia.
Pamporovo is one of the biggest winter ski resort in the Rodophi mountains at 1,650 m above the sea level.
The complex itself is comprised of 30 one bedroom, 25 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom, ranging in size from 63m2 to 136m2, with fireplaces and some even included exposed beam sleeping lofts in a mezzanine style
Among the amenities on the complex property are a fitness centre, pool, hot tube and sauna- The complex also features an on site restaurant, lobby bar and underground parking.

How We Build

The mission of the developer was to "build holiday resorts in Bulgaria which conform to all "western" building standards- In order to accomplish this goal, they have developed a programme in which no less than three people (managers and construction specialist) are on site monitoring the quality control of the building crews- The following are some of the specifications we adhere to:

One day on the slopes of Pamporovo is enough to give you a nice golden tan. There are more than 120 sunny days and average snow layer of 140-150 cm. And the temperature never fall below – 7 C. The climate in winter is moderate/mild with a Mediteranean influence. Typical of this region is that nature does not change its moods abruptly, there is no danger of avalanche, and that guarantees the tranquility and safety of your vacation. If you cannot ski, this is not a tragedy, the ski-school in Pamporovo is one of the best in Europe. Highly qualified instructors, speaking at least two foreign languages, train the beginners, in groups or individually. Specialists will help you to make the snow-board a part of your body. The Pamporovo resort is recommended by the experts as a good place both for the beginners and for experienced skiers. The mountain with its rounded forms is friendly, even to children. And if you are experienced skiers, you will fly down the slopes and your vacation will be unforgettable. The ski tracks of Pamporovo have all degrees of difficulty. Most of the tracks start from the very peak. There are three cross-country runs in Pamporovo. In the 9 ski-wardrobes near the tracks, you can find over 2000 ski outfits and equipment, snow-boards and sleighs. Skiers who bring their own equipment can also use these wardrobes for safe keeping. The mountain rescue service works 24 hours a day, taking care of the security of the skiers. The ski-kindergarden is open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
