The holiday complex is situated at the very shore of the Black Sea in the Elenite Resort. In close proximity are the village of St. Vlas and resort complex Sunny Beach. The complex is designed according to the traditions of the typical houses of the Bulgarian national revival. The G-shaped building consists of 4 separate houses, 7 residential entrances, two or three apartments on a floor. The greatest part of the apartments has unique view to the sea and bay of Sunny Beach. Possibilities for sport, relax and entertainments are provided. The complex has safeguarded parking lot, restaurant, beach bar, swimming pool for adults and children, fitness gym, sauna, outdoor area for sun-chairs, open-air playground, reception, complete planting, cleaning, lightning, video-surveillance and security guard of the complex, opportunity for renting the apartments.
The Black Sea region is rather promiscuous and it is preferred by both Bulgarians and foreigners. This is the place where the largest congregation of tourists happens during the summer season. The proximity to all attractive destinations and towns is second to none. The most frequented resorts on the Black Sea coast – Sunny Beach, Eleni, Vlas, etc. are just within 30 kilometres from Burgas. In the largest economic centres on the Black Sea coast Burgas and Varna, there are airports which are just a flight away from all European cities, from Russia, Egypt, Turkey, etc. The transport network in the region is very well developed with first-class roads.
