The residential buildings are located along the periphery of the complex ensuring a silent recreational area. It includes swimming pools for children and adults, children's playgrounds, caffe bar, chaise longue area, rest spots. The area of the complex is provided with security guard and security control in order to ensure peace for the residents. The complex has an ground garages, as well as an additional parking lot outside the village.
We offer you beautiful and modern homes in one of the most picturesque regions of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, Slanchev Briag, a recognized European destination. It is expected the Holiday Village to be situated on a vacant terrain located in the western part of the Slanchev Briag Resort. This provides a possibility for an interesting town-planning solution. The availability of main roads ensures easy servicing of the complex, and the proximity to the beach will allow it to become inseparable part of the Slanchev Briag Resort and use all the facilities the resort possesses. The density of 30% and 1.0 intensity coefficient as per the building permit allow 3-4-storey construction so as to reach a spread-out built-up area of 6018 m2. The project offers distribution of the house groups along the periphery of the plot aiming at provision of quiet recreational area including a swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, rest spots, which would enrich the resort in the field of social contacts. The situation solution involves free access of vehicles to any house group via ground garage . According to the geological report, the bases of the buildings should be about 1.7 m under the terrain level so that the semi-underground parking could utilize areas appearing under the first residential level. A 50-vehicle garage will make the area around the buildings free of cars.
The main access to the Holiday Village was searched from the local roadway developed by level elevations raising the level of the existing terrain. The town-plan solution allows, if wished, a fence to be placed around the complex so that entering of outside people and car access to be put under control, while the entering into and usage of the recreational area to be limited for resting people from the other residential areas.
The regulation distances to the side regulation lines as well as the distances between the buildings inside the plot have been observed. The elevations of all these are given in detail in the situational plan, and a layout drawing containing a coordinate list is enclosed in the geodetic section.
