The holiday complex is situated near one of the pearls of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast – Obzor, famous for its longest beach strip along the sea coast, forest serenity, sea breeze and fine golden sand, which combined with the charm of the antiquity and the abundant history of the town, will add pleasure to your holiday.
The complex consists of 29 apartments, restaurant, food shop and internet-café, embraced by this beautiful environment, only 370 meters from the beach.
This detached building consists of 3 floors + terrace floor, divided into 2 sections with independent entrances and staircases. Both entrances are on the north side of the complex. For additional convenience there are janitors’ room and laundry room at your disposal, situated next to the entrances.

Section A

The first floor offers a restaurant, a shop and internet club. The project is built according to certain requirements and functionality for catering and service premises – sanitary and changing rooms for staff; the shop and the kitchen of the restaurant have storehouses; the restaurant has sanitary rooms for guests, and the kitchen meets the technological requirements for preparing food.
Beside the service premises, the first floor of section A has one 2-bedroom apartment. Each of the second, the third and the terrace floor in Section A has four apartments – two 2-bedroom and two 3-bedroom apartments (the livable area of the apartments on the terrace floor is less than those on the 2nd and the 3rd floor).

Section B

The first floor comprises of four apartments: three 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom apartments. The railings of the balconies are made of solid elements, combined with iron fretwork.
The building has a gable-roof, covered with roof-tiles.
