CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING

In wet premises: walls, sealing – latex over lime plaster; floor – hydro isolation and cement putty;
Bathrooms, toilets and kitchens – plaster and putty;
Balcony: walls and sealing – with facade plaster, under – hydro isolation, terracotta;
outer woodwork: windows PVC – woodwork, glass pack (windows) – green/white; balcony doors: PVC – woodwork, glass pack (windows) – white/green.
Inner woodwork: MDF;
Entry doors – armored;
Water and Sewerage installations /by project/ - from poly-propilen water-conduit and PVC sewerage pipes – installed till point;
Electrical installation /by project/ - high voltage electrical installation – till “point” , coordinated with the client’s request.; electrical panels – without electrometer;
Storage compartments – no plaster, with wooden doors, with electrical installation – till “point”;
Construction of chimneys and smoke leading out system;

REGULAR MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF CO-OWNED PROPERTY/COMMON BY NATURE PARTS AND COMMON BY PURPOSE OBJECTS IN THE BUILDING/ AS WELL AS EQUIPMENT IN IT:

Cleaning of the building entry, stairways, elevator, front outer space – regular by swapping and washing in usual time for maintenance, between 10:00-13:00 or 15:00-17:00.
Maintenance of the lighting installation ( changing and repair of the devices and equipment).
Garbage – taking out daily garbage from the customer in bags given by the executor, once per day. The daily garbage have to be in the bags given by the executor, solid and well closed, in front of the customers door every day until 10:00. When the bags are spend the customer requests new by writing message to the executor in the special contact box.
Maintenance and repair of the elevator (if the elevator on the floor is used). In this obligation the expenses of main repair are not included in case of damage.
Collection of taxes for the common expenses in the floor property – electricity and water, according to the calculations of the supplier.

PROVIDING ELECTRONIC SECURITY SOT(SIGNAL SECURITY SYSTEMS) BY EXECUTOR’S OWN NETWORK.

Providing of SOT – security by licensed security guard with rented equipment for electronic security. In this service is included the licensed security guard.

PROVIDING VIDEO OBSERVATION BY EXECUTOR’S OWN NETWORK.

Providing video observation of the front space by executor’s own ring-electronic installation, allowing video signal from building entrance to the apartment’s front door.

MAINTENANCE, PROPHYLAXIS AND CLEANING OF SWIMMING POOL.

Regular by collecting and washing in usual time for maintenance, winterizing, prophylaxis of the equipment, current repairs.

PROVIDING TV SIGNAL BY EXECUTOR’S OWN NETWORK.

Delivery of cable TV signal by executors own installation till point of delivery – entry point of the apartment according to the building’s installation.
